| Beschreibung | Hergestellt aus leicht getroftem Malz (10ppm), gereift in kleinen first fill ex-Bourbon Fässern (100 Liter), die im Warehouse No.1 in Reihe 28 lagerten.
Tasting notes from distillery manager Shane Fraser: Initially sweet with vanilla and toffee notes on the nose, followed by a tang of smoke mixed with dried apples and nutmeg. On the palate the sweetness of dark chocolate melds with dried apricots and oranges. Complex flavours continue to unfold, with warm spices leading to a tantalisingly long, smoke infused finish.
