| Beschreibung | White Peak Distillery is based in an old wire works (the name it gives to its own whisky bottlings) on the river of Derbyshire´s Dervent Valley Mills World Heritage Site. As well as its industrial heritage, this area is known for its brewing tradition, and White Peak makes use of that connection.
Sukhilder Sing: This is Craft Whisky with a real sense of place. They use locally sourced brewer´s yeast to good effect, combining it with distiller´s yeast in a long fermentation, followed by slow distillation. It all boosts the orchard fruit flavours and gives it great mouthfeel. there´s a touch of lieghtly peated barley in the mash, which adds complexity.
