Production Director Isabella Wemyss has carefully selected a combination of first-fill ex-Bourbon and first-fill STR (shaved, toasted and re-charred) ex-Portuguese red wine casks to mature KINGSBARNS DOOCOT.
With its sweet and fruity character, KINGSBARNS DOOCOT is full of summer blossom and tropical fruits, complemented by a rich colour coming from the high quality casks it has matured in.
